Finding New Missionaries

Since our passion is reaching the unreached for Christ, we don't only focus on the sustainability of missionaries on the field by providing rest and resources for them. We are also actively mobilizing individuals so that there will be MANY laborers for the plentiful harvest.

Though the United States is still the number one mission sending country, the amount of Christian adherents is falling. We are now seeing the global south rising up as the leaders for Gospel advancement. So at LCFM we focus our mobilization efforts in Latin America where we can empower and train those who know their calling is for the nations.

  • Cultural Training by LCFM and other resources

  • Spiritual Preparation (Theology and Discipleship Training) by LCFM and other resources

  • Vision Trip via LCFM International Ministry Liaisons

  • Check-ins and counseling by LCFM staff once relocated and on the field

Requirements

​

  • FINANCIAL

-LCFM Go Program is free (*travel costs are the one exception) we only require that you be faithful, available, and teachable during the process.

-Finances for travel, relocating, and cost of living in foreign country depend upon your course of fundraising or job

  • Viaje de visión a través de los enlaces ministeriales internacionales de LCFM.

  • Registros y asesoramiento por parte del personal de LCFM una vez reubicado y en el campo.

Requisitos

  • FINANCIEROS

- El programa LCFM Ir es gratuito (*excepto los gastos de viaje). Solo requerimos compromiso, disponibilidad y predisposición a aprender durante el proceso.

-Los fundos de viaje, reubicación y gastos personales de vidaen el extranjero dependen de su trayectoria de recaudación de fondos o empleo.
